Jul 30, 2017 08:39PM
“If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it!”  noted Yogi Bhajan. He traveled tirelessly for decades, teaching Kundalini Yoga and meditation to students all over the world. Always delivering the message that when these sacred teachings are offered, we serve humanity. This fall, Kundalini Yoga Level One teacher training program will be offered from September through May 2018, at Raj Yoga Center, in Sterling, Virginia.

Certified instructors, Gurudass Kaur, Sat Kartar Singh, Gurunater Kaur and Kartar Singh, present this training through the Aquarian Teacher KRI Level One Teacher Training Program. Participants are encouraged to explore their creative potential, transform themselves, while they elevate others. The Aquarian Teacher Certification program is open to yoga students ready to become teachers—from beginner to advanced—and those who wish to immerse themselves in the science and art of Kundalini Yoga. Payment plans are available.

Level One is a 220-hour course with 180-hours of classroom instruction in a well-defined curriculum and includes the following topics: Kundalini Kriyas and meditations; asana, breath, mudra and mantra; awakening consciousness; yogic and western anatomy; yogic philosophy; the origin of Kundalini Yoga; humanology and yogic lifestyle; and the role of a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
