Holy Basil, also known as tulsi, is an herb widely used in India, but is now finding its way to kitchens everywhere. It is referred to as the “queen of herbs" for its powerful healing powers. This sacred plant, found in most Indian homes or gardens, is used for many common ailments, such as reducing stress and supporting the immune system, due to its high antioxidant components.

This amazing herb is also known for its anti-aging properties, making it one of nature’s fountain of youth. In Ayurveda, it is considered an “elixir of life” and is believed to promote longevity.
